The Four Cs
The Four Cs are the universal standard for evaluating diamonds, helping you understand their quality, brilliance, and value:
- Color – Grades how colorless a diamond is. D is the highest grade, perfectly colorless.
- Clarity – Evaluates the presence of internal or external imperfections. VVS2 means the diamond is virtually flawless to the naked eye.
- Cut – Determines how well the diamond has been cut and polished. The emerald cut favors long, clean lines over sparkle, so excellent symmetry and polish matter even more: they keep every facet aligned and the light clear.
- Carat – Measures the weight of the diamond. More carats usually mean a larger, more noticeable stone.
At Leodora, every diamond is carefully selected to meet these standards, ensuring exceptional brilliance and timeless elegance.
Certification
Each of our Leodora diamonds has been thoroughly examined by the International Gemological Institute (IGI). It is one of the world's largest independant gemological laboratories and is considered the leading authority for certifying lab-grown diamonds.
Based on a detailed assessment of the 4Cs, a detailed report is provided for each stone. The report number is also microscopically engraved on the diamond girdle, allowing for transparent verification.
The IGI certification will be provided to you for each diamond purchased.
Care
Your earrings are made to be worn, every day and everywhere. Diamond and platinum 950 are built for it.
A simple gesture keeps them at their best: an occasional rinse with mild soap and warm water, then pat dry.
