FAQ

  • Where are you based?

Leodora is proudly based in Belgium, an historic heart and global center of the diamond world. This unique heritage allows us to combine European expertise with a contemporary, forward-thinking vision of fine jewelry.

  • What are lab grown diamonds?

Lab diamonds are genuine diamonds, sharing the exact same chemical, physical, and optical properties as natural diamonds. The only difference is their origin: lab-grown diamonds are crafted in a controlled environment whereas natural diamonds come from deep within the earth. Invisible to the naked eye, they can only be distinguished using specialized equipment.

  • Are your diamonds independently certified?

Yes, every diamond at Leodora is thoroughly examined and certified by the International Gemological Institute (IGI). It is one of the world's largest independant gemological laboratories and is considered the leading authority for certifying lab-grown diamonds.

Based on a detailed assessment of the 4Cs (Color, Clarity, Cut, Carat), a detailed report is provided for each stone. The report number is also microscopically engraved on the diamond girdle, allowing for transparent verification.

The IGI certification will be provided to you for each diamond purchased.

  • How are Leodora diamonds selected?

Each diamond is rigorously selected according to international gemological standards: cut, clarity, color, and carat weight. We pay special attention to symmetry and cut quality, as this is what gives the diamond its fire and unique ability to capture natural light.
