1. Return Terms

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return any unworn jewelry.

2. Return Conditions

To be accepted, all pieces must strictly meet our quality standards:

• Original condition: The jewelry must be in new condition, with no signs of wear, scratches, or alterations.
• Complete packaging: The creation must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by the IGI certificate of authenticity and all documentation provided at the time of delivery.

3. Exclusions

To preserve the exclusivity and hygiene of our collections, we do not accept returns for the following:

• Any jewelry that has been worn or used (signs of wear, micro-scratches).
• Any piece that has been customized or modified after purchase.
• Any incomplete return (missing packaging, missing certificate).

4. Shipping

Return shipping costs are entirely the customer's responsibility.

The package must be shipped via a secure carrier, with insurance covering the full value of the item and a signature required upon delivery. The brand assumes no liability for loss, theft, or damage occurring during transport.
