Return and Refund Policy
1. Return Terms In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return your jewelry.
2. Return Conditions
To be accepted, all pieces must strictly meet our quality standards:
- Original condition: The jewelry must be in new condition, with no signs of wear, scratches, or alterations.
- Complete packaging: The creation must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by the IGI certificate of authenticity and all documentation provided at the time of delivery.
3. Exclusions To preserve the exclusivity and hygiene of our collections, please note that any jewelry showing signs of wear, micro-scratches, or use may be subject to a deduction from the refund amount, proportional to the depreciation observed. The following returns will not be eligible for a full refund:
- Any jewelry that has been worn or used (signs of wear, micro-scratches).
- Any piece that has been customized or modified after purchase.
- Any incomplete return (missing packaging, missing certificate).
4. Shipping
Return shipping costs are entirely the customer's responsibility.
The package must be shipped via a secure carrier, with insurance covering the full value of the item and a signature required upon delivery. The brand assumes no liability for loss, theft, or damage occurring during transport.
